Bare and Glow Skin – Refund Policy

At Bare and Glow Skin, we are committed to providing safe, professional, and high-quality aesthetic treatments. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and our approach to cancellations, deposits, and service dissatisfaction.
1. General Policy
•Treatments are non-refundable once performed due to the personalised and professional nature of aesthetic services.
•No refunds are given for dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes vary individually depending on skin type, health, and adherence to aftercare advice
.•Any concerns regarding a treatment must be raised with the clinic within 48 hours of the procedure.
2. Deposits
•A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
•Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another appointment if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
•Deposits cannot be transferred for “no-shows” or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
•Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
•Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a 50% charge of treatment
•We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to staff illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Product Purchases
•Products purchased in-clinic are eligible for a refund only if faulty or damaged.
•All product returns must include proof of purchase and be returned within 14 days.
•Opened or used products are non-refundable.
5. Exceptions
•If a treatment cannot be safely performed due to contraindications discovered during the consultation, deposits may be transferred to a suitable alternative treatment or refunded at our discretion.
•Any refund exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
