•Cancellations must be made at least [48 hours] in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

•We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to staff illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

•Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

•We accept card, BACS and cash payments

•Prices are subject to change at any time, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of booking.
