The face behind Bare & Glow
Emma is the founder of Bare & Glow Skin, based in Ripon, North Yorkshire.
Her passion for skincare comes from personal experience. Having struggled with acne and eczema herself, Emma understands how much skin concerns can affect confidence and how frustrating it can be when you don't know what your skin really needs.
What started as a journey to understand her own skin developed into a genuine passion for helping others feel comfortable and confident in theirs.
Knowledge, expertise and a personal approach
Emma holds a VTCT Level 4 qualification and has invested extensively in professional training to develop her knowledge of skin and advanced skincare treatments.
She believes that effective skincare isn't about following trends or recommending the latest treatment to everyone. It's about understanding individual skin concerns, choosing appropriate treatments and helping clients make informed decisions about their skin.
Before founding Bare & Glow Skin, Emma worked in a client-focused career where listening, building relationships and understanding people's needs were central to her role.
Those values remain at the heart of everything she does today.
Emma takes pride in creating a welcoming, relaxed environment where clients feel listened to and comfortable asking questions. Whether someone is visiting for their first facial or exploring more advanced treatments, she takes the time to understand their concerns and explain their options.
